You may place an order at any time 24 hours a day, 7 days a week using our secure online ordering process.

Production Time:

Production lead times may vary by manufacturer. Typical lead time guidelines are between 1-4 weeks. We do our best to keep to these lead times but they are approximate and are not guaranteed. You will be advised of any increased lead times or backorders upon your order review.

Rush orders can be requested by calling us at 772-283-8800 and speaking with a sales representative. We’ll walk you through the process, options and rush shipping costs.

Transit times will also vary per carrier. Average transit is 4-5 business days or less.

Billing Terms & Secure Payment:

When you place orders or access your personal information, all sensitive credit information you supply is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and encrypted. Credit card number information entered into this website’s checkout is not seen during checkout or stored after the order. We do not have access to the credit card information submitted through the website nor can it be seen at any time. 

Payment Terms

All payments shall be paid in United States currency, at website checkout, or negotiable paper immediately collectible at its face value in United States funds at the location indicated on Hangar Door Parts’ invoice. Buyer shall promptly notify Hangar Door Parts’ customer service personnel of any disputed invoice and confirm such notice in writing delivered to such person. 

Late Payment Fee. Any amounts not paid when due will be subject to a late payment fee computed daily at a rate equal to one and one half percent (1.5%) per month or the highest rate permissible under applicable usury law. 

Collection Costs. Buyer agrees to pay Hangar Door Parts reasonable attorneys’ fees, costs, and other expenses incurred in collection of any amounts not paid when due.

Buyer’s Financial Condition; Insecurity. If, in Hangar Door Parts’ sole judgment, Buyer’s financial condition or any other circumstance causes Hangar Door Parts to be insecure with respect to Buyer’s performance of any obligation under this Contract, Hangar Door Parts may accelerate and demand immediate payment of any amounts owed to Hangar Door Parts, suspend performance, or cancel this Contract.


Sales order confirmations are emailed on every order. If you find a discrepancy, please notify us immediately at 772-283-8800 to ensure you receive accurate products.

Changes to orders:

To make a change to your order, it must be done within 24 hours of placing your order. To make a change, call us at 772-283-8800 and speak with a customer service representative. No other method of change will be accepted. Changes made after the 24 hour period will incur a 20% change fee. Orders begin to process immediately after ordering and 99% of our items are made to order.

Cancelling an order:

Cancellation must be made within 24 hours of placing your order. To cancel your order, call us at 772-283-8800 and speak with a customer service representative. No other method of cancellation will be accepted. Cancellations made after the 24 hour period will incur a 20% change fee if the order has been partially completed. If the order has been completed, it cannot be canceled. Orders begin to process immediately after ordering; 99% of our items are made to order.

Shipping damage:

Shipping damages must be reported to the shipping company driver and to us immediately. Replacement orders for damaged goods are given priority.

Return Policy for Hardware: 

Eligible returns excluding damages and defects must be requested within 30 days of receiving the order. A 50% re-stock fee plus return shipping will apply on all eligible returns.

An RGA (Returned Goods Authorization) will be issued upon review. You must return the hardware in new condition and with no damages. Once your returned hardware is received into our warehouse, you will be given a refund (less the restock fee) within 10 business days.


For custom orders the buyer is solely responsible for providing Hangar Door Parts with the correct dimensions for the goods. All dimensions should be verified in the field before submission to Hanager Door Parts.

Required Structural Design Limitations:

The Buyer is solely responsible for determining that the structure can adequately resist the resulting vertical, lateral, and moment loads associated with the installation of the goods.


We stand behind the manufacturer's warranty and will assist you with all warranty claims.

With respect to the sale of Hangar Door Parts. Hangar Door Parts  provides a separate Limited Warranty, a copy of which Buyer acknowledges Buyer has received if Buyer is purchasing from Hangar Door Parts. (SEE BELOW SECTION TITLED LIMITED WARRANTY) 

Disclaimer of warranties. Except as expressly Provided in the warranty section, Hangar Door Parts makes no representation or warranty, express or implied, with respect to the goods sold hereunder, including, but not limited to, Implied conditions of fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade or any other matter. No agent, employee or representative of Hangar Door Parts has any authority to bind Hangar Door Parts to any affirmation, representation or warranty except as stated in his contract. Buyer further expressly agrees and warrants that except for the warranty provided in the warranty section, no contractual warranties and no representations, written or oral, have been made by  Hangar Door Parts, its employees or agents with respect to the goods.

The warranty shall be null and void if the Buyer fails to pay for the Goods. Furthermore, the warranty shall be null and void if the Goods are modified in any manner.
